Numerology

A Numerology chart can give you a very clear, deep understanding of yourself.

My clients are all interested in understanding themselves through the lens of Numerology. They include many members of the Zen Buddhist community, as well as a number of psychotherapists and personal counsellors. However, I am happy to work with anyone who is interested and prepared to look at themselves openly and in depth.

Gail is a tremendously skilled guide with a profound intuition for engaging my life path in ways that deepen my discernment and the capacity to care for my life. I was recommended by a friend to Gail. At the time I had no relationship or particular confidence in numerology as a spiritual framework. After many years’ working with her, I have found her skill at seeing and articulating broad currents in my personality and life to be trustworthy, supportive, and clarifying. If you are looking for someone to work with in this way, I could not recommend Gail more highly.

A Numerology Chart

Numerology provides a path to gain a better understanding of yourself. It gives you a full analysis of your strengths, your passions, as well as where you struggle, and the conflicts you feel in different circumstances.

The combination of letters and numbers found in your original Birth Name and Date is able to bring to light the purpose of your existence, the characteristics of your soul and original Karmic intent.

Gail Rosslee is a sage. She brings years of experience helping people to know themselves better. I have been truly blessed by her wisdom and have understood myself better through her work, heart and vision. I am very grateful for her wonderful presence in my life.

Your Personal Journey

In addition to each individual numerology discussion, I provide an extensive written report supplying an in-depth analysis – personal characteristics, potential and difficulties. Your prime values and strengths are brought into focus, as essential tools for personal development. At the same time, a chart can also expose the conflicts, ambiguities and inconsistences within your life. A Numerology chart is more understandable, more exact, and I feel, much deeper than an astrological reading.

Gail’s deep and thorough exploration of my numerology chart was extraordinary. To learn about how my chart so accurately resonates and reflects experiences of my life path was truly illuminating. I also greatly appreciated the way that she highlighted parts of my chart that point to challenges to practice with, to keep a loving eye on. Her knowledge is vast and yet her kind and compassionate demeanor makes the experience of learning about what my chart points to a truly joyful experience.

Relationships and life phases

Numerology can explain why some relationships are rich and smooth, why some people work well together, and where conflicts may arise. It shows you the dynamics behind your life choices, allows you to look at yourself with open awareness and acceptance.

Numerology also gives an understanding of how you will change during the phases of your life, each with their possibilities and challenges.

I have been requesting yearly numerology readings from Gail over the past 20 years, ever since she did a full chart for me. That chart was surprisingly revealing and accurate about so many aspects of my personality, motivations, life opportunities and challenges. Gail is a deeply insightful, wise, and caring person, and I have found her readings and interpretations can hold up a powerful mirror to my life. This in turn allows me to reflect on my own innate wisdom, and to translate this into helpful choices and actions in my own life. I would highly recommend a numerology reading from Gail. From my own experience, you don't have to really "understand" the art and science of numerology - but rather approach it with a sense of curiosity and openness.

The origins of Numerology

Carl Jung
Numerology is an ancient practice, developed over centuries. A realisation of the mystical significance of numbers can be found in the esoteric teaching of all the major religions of the world, as well as the theories of individuals such as the psychiatrist, Carl Jung, who saw numbers as archetypes. In a paper on Jung by Sue Mehrtens, she notes that for Jung, numbers “… are able to link us to something larger than ourselves.” “Numbers will always elude the complete grasp of our logical minds.”

The Pythagoreans believed that the soul of man had a heavenly destiny to seek union with the divine. They also believed that the entire cosmic order of reality was mathematical in nature at its very deepest level. Linking with this is the Fibonacci sequence, the Golden ratio, which informs so much of nature. As the mathematician, Johann Gauss, notes: …creation itself seems to be informed by numbers.

About me

I do my numerology sessions, using video meetings, from my home in a small village called Stanford, in South Africa. However, most of my clients live in North America.

Outside of my work on Numerology, my life has been rich in many ways.

I have had a lifelong involvement in issues of justice. During the 1980s and 1990s I became an active member in anti-apartheid organisations, often at the risk of my personal safety and that of my family. Until it was banned by the Apartheid State, one of these organisations, working with lawyers and doctors, helped the many who were imprisoned without trial.

Later, I served on the executive committee of another anti-apartheid organisation. Our vice-chair was murdered by the apartheid state. We were all monitored and covertly threatened. After apartheid ended, I did extensive research and writing on issues around gender dynamics and masculinity.

I have a Master’s Degree (cum laude) in Fine Art from the University of the Witwatersrand, and have exhibited my art nationally and internationally. Most of my art has addressed issues of justice – with a focus on both race and gender. I have also taught sculpture and ceramics for many years.
